1. Act immediately. Right now!

If you set in plan to lose 20kg in 1 month and fail you will throw your plan far far away and there will be nothing but guilty. Just set up small achievable goal. You feel happiness and excitement with every step you take and complete.
3. Make you commitment publicly.
Enthusiasm is a tricky thing. It can be disappeared in some days, and you will probably stop your action plan. Make your commitment stronger. Tell about it to your friends, family. Start you page in Facebook to report your achievements. You will feel support from all the sides and it will warm you enthusiasm more and more.

4. Motivate yourself
Motivation is the core stone of almost action. No matter what is it. Find a few different ways to motivate yourself. It can be rewards or present. Make it inline with your plan, let your friends know about it. Don't lose your inspiration
